This is an original oil painting by Ruth Housley of my granddaughter.  I finished a portrait of my youngest granddaughter Ariel.  She is a sophomore in high school in Plano.  She has been in gymnastics, a cheerleader, a Girl Scout, and is now in the Rainbow Girls.  She is an active girl.

I have enjoyed doing my granddaughters portrait and want to do more.  I took classes for doing portaits several years ago and really want to use the knowledge from what I learned in the classes. I mainly did pastel when I took the classes but have been
painting in oils for about thirty one years.
